Cypress Pointe for many years and have traded it as a red
week with RCI several times. I want to sell because I also
own a Diamond week.

resort has an excellent HOA that has made many improvements
over the years. The maintenance fee, approximately $900 annually,
includes reserves for future improvements so there is a low
