2/19/09 SPECIAL NOTICE TO OWNERS:

Due to changes in Florida Regulations regarding Board Member Terms the Cypress Pointe Resort Association Documents need to be amended. Amending those documents requires a majority approval by all owners by proxy ballot.

In late 2008 all owners were sent the proposed changes and a proxy ballot to approve or deny the changes. We need a majority vote on record on or before the 2009 Annual Owners Meeting on 3/21/09.
