This is the largest unfinished area at Cypress Pointe resort

The forever wild easement will add old Florida charm to the area

There will be fill brought in to level the area being developed

The original plan for CPR had building 9 (never constructed) on this land

When the new Laundry/Housekeeping/Maintenance Building was built it was anticipated that the original recreation features it replaced would be relocated and improved.

Now the new recreation area will be nearly three times larger and include a gazebo and picnic area as well as tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts.
