A big improvement from the over decade old pool bathroom design

A step up to full tile similar to the Clubhouse restrooms

The building was gutted, walls repaired and rebuilt

Cleaning and other needed care will be much easier with the new look

As documented the original construction had serious deterioration

Virtually the bottom 2/3 of the building had to be reconstructed

Grouting the new tile

The former entrance now houses the water cooler and ice machine

The new entrance is toward the sand volleyball area

Note the different color pavers.

This is part of the next area improvement

The kiddies area (swings) and sand volleyball are being relocated

Our landscape designer is changing the layout to allow for more features
