10/14/08 The very first "spy photos" (taken with cell phones in ambient light as none of us thought to bring a real camera!) of the 2nd 2010 model. This one has so many changes we'll try to point them out in the photos. We just can't wait for the professional photos to show this plan off.

Lets start in one of our problem areas - the lockout / 2nd Master bedroom

The changes start with new cabinets, granite counter tops and shower areas

The room gets a much needed desk and chair, TV will be wall mounted

The much requested door for the toilet area

Granite around the roman tub, a glass screen

New sink, plumbing fixtures, closet for refrigerator / microwave / coffee maker

Dresser and desk combined

Every unit has WiFi after our recent upgrade

Unit becomes even more usable for a couple as a second master bedroom OR a standalone studio

A new double door between the "A" and "B" sides for security and reduced noise

Moving to the 2 Bedroom A side entry - other side of double door to B unit

New lighting fixtures throughout

Looking into the unit - note new floor tile that more clearly defines the kitchen area

Chair rail and two colors offer a more elegant look

Turn the corner and you see the dining area

A larger table seats 6

Even new dishes

Looking back to the kitchen - new cabinetry

Note tile under bar - protects the wall

Kitchen looking to Living area

Desk area in Living room - bring your laptop

Looking into reconfigured living area

Very defined areas for each purpose yet easy to open up to share

Balcony doors

A large screen HDTV with decorative frame

Looking back toward kitchen

Padded coffee table - go ahead, prop those feet up there (we know it happens)

Heading into the Master bedroom

TV will be wall mounted

And again those all important bathroom doors

Granite tops on the furniture

New wall colors to compliment the new look

Inside the bath - granite counter tops, tub surrounds, shower

Doors from the bath

New cabinets, sinks, plumbing fixtures

The second bath wasn't forgotten with new cabinet, granite, plumbing

And finally the 2nd bedroom - formerly considered a "kids" room. No more

With a new recessed dresser/closet it will host a queen sized bed (TV to be on far wall)

Room to sit

Room to read - New window to offer natural light

So that's the sneak peek. We'll have some pro shots in a few weeks and a feature in the next newsletter. Lets hear some comments - like it or not? What are the must haves and what could we do without? As we price the work to budget realities we need to know what owners / guests really want.
