7/27/10 The original air conditioning units from 1993 are replaced with new, energy efficient and slightly higher capacity units

Large crane(s) required to lower and lift the 8 units involved

All the equipment is actually located below the roof line to conceal the mechanicals

Temporary access set up to keep guests safe during work
