is $4.95/day OR $20./week. Dial-up access now available
with data port and second line on all phones in Phase 1.
High speed access and data port phones are available only
at Cypress Pointe Resort - not currently available at Cypress
Pointe Grandvillas.

As of 9/2003 Cypress pointe Grandevillas has affliliated
with Interval International for weeks owners. Club Sunterra
has announced a new exclusive affiliation with
Interval
International.
All
Club members,
including
those with the home resort based at CPGV will now exchange
through II. Existing deposits and reservations with
RCI
will be honored. Non-Club owners in Phase I & II can
continue to deposit with RCI.

New daily or weekly onsite movie rentals on VHS - DVD rental
will be available starting about 2/1/04 at the Clubhouse.

Cypress Pointe Grandevillas are not under CP1 HOA control.
Information is provided to the best of our knowledge for
the benefit of all visitors to one of the Cypress Pointe
Phases.

- Average fee per 3BR unit week as reported by owners or
from Board minutes. Includes annual maintenance charges,average
real estate taxes and annual reserve contribution. PLEASE
NOTE: In 2004 Cypress Pointe Resort has a renovation
surcharge of $585/week (also payable @ $210/year in
2004-2006). Cypress Pointe Grande Villas has a special
assessment of $150/week in 2004. These assessments
are not included in the regular base annua fee. l

- Please note: During 2004/2005 Cypress Pointe Resort
is undergoing a full unit renovation/upgrade. The items
with the # are being upgraded during that work. Availability
of these renovated units will be limited until early
