  • If you are exiting Cypress Pointe Resort (Phase 1), make right turn on to Vinnings Way
  • Continue on Vinnings Way until traffic light at the corner of Apopka Vineland Road (CR 535) and Vinnings Way
  • Make left turn onto Apopka Vineland Road (CR 535)
  • Continue on Apopka Vineland Road and through the next traffic light (corner of Palm Parkway)
  • Centra Care is on right side just past Palm Parkway and the large yellow hotel

  • If you are exiting Cypress Pointe Resort (Phase 1), make right turn on to Vinnings Way
  • Continue on Vinnings Way until traffic light at the corner of Apopka Vineland Road (CR 535) and Vinnings Way
  • Make left on to Apopka Vineland Road (CR 535)
  • The next traffic light is the intersection of Apopka Vineland Road and Palm Parkway
  • Make left on to Palm Parkway. This road will eventually turn into Turkey Lake Road and will follow parallel to I-4. Keep going for few miles.
  • The hospital is on the left of the road after Westgate Lakes Resorts. If you reach Sandlake Road, you passed the hospital and need to turn back.

When exiting your room please make sure your room doors and windows are properly secured. Test your door to assure yourself that it is actually locked and secured before you leave.

The resort provides a safe deposit box in each room for you to keep your valuables and jewelery. The resort is not liable for losses suffered because of not utilizing the safe deposit box provided.

The resort liabilities concerning guest owned items is defined in Chapter 509 of the 2001 Florida Statues, section 509.11. The Chapter is available for your review in the management offices of the resort.

In Florida there are some circumstances when guests must protect themselves from natural forces like hurricanes, tornadoes, lightening and others. As soon as the Resort Management knows of them, they will be communicated to all guests via telephone messages or written brief communications to your room/unit. Please remain calm and follow the instructions given by the Government Agencies through the television, radio or other method of mass communications used. The Resort Management will also try to keep you updated.You must follow the instructions given by the Government through the public mass communications media.

We recommend that you exercise caution at all times.

The resort has 24 hours roving uniformed security. Please feel free to ask them for assistance, if you need it.

Parking spaces are available for all our registered guests only. We recommend that you do not leave any items of any value in your car. The resort is not responsible for items left in parked cars on resort premises, nor is it responsible for damages to cars broken into or any other kind of damages suffered by cars. We will assist you with emergencies by placing calls for you, locating services that you may need and/or request. The resort and its representatives are not responsible for the quality of the services or their pricing. All costs associated with these services are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Traveler General Safety Tips

  • Don’t answer the door in a resort, hotel or motel room without verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the operator and ask if someone from the staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
  • When returning to your resort, hotel or motel late in the evening be observant and look around before parking.
  • Close the door securely whenever you are in your room and use all the locking devices provided.
  • Don’t needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they can be easily stolen.
  • Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amount of cash or expensive jewelry.
  • Don’t invite stranger to your room
  • Place all the valuables in the resort, hotel or motel’s safe deposit box.
  • Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
  • Check to see if that any sliding doors or windows and any connecting room doors are locked.
  • If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the management.
  • UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK IF YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL EVACUATION ASSISTANCE IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
