Another commonly asked question is what do I have to bring to enjoy my stay at Cypress Pointe Resort? If you are new to timesharing you may not know how close to being home a stay at Cypress Pointe will be.

What is in my unit when I arrive?

The major features are listed below. Here is a link to the miscellaneous unit inventory at Cypress Pointe Resort as you will find on arrival.

All towels, including pool towels, are provided. All linens and bedding are provided. In the 2 and 3 bedroom units you will have a washer/dryer stack in your unit. A starter kit of dish washer detergent, liquid dish soap, coffee filters and one load size laundry detergent are supplied. If you require more they are available for a small charge at our Gift Shop or you may buy larger sizes at any area store.

In the bath you will find face and bath soap, small shampoo and hand lotion.

As noted on the unit inventory sheet above the fully equipped kitchen includes table settings for 8 guests, a toaster, blender and coffee maker.
