As owners know starting in January 2004 Cypress Pointe Resort has undergone a complete unit renovation and upgrade. Every 3 bedroom condo has been stripped and refurbished to better than new condition. As part of this work unit features such as the appliances and entertainment equipment have been replaced with new models featuring state of the art functions unmatched by most timeshare resorts. Here is a look at an actual model completed to show owners the all new look. The project was completed in March 2005 and all units now feature this brand new look.

So whats happening? Here's the short list of work being done:

- All new appliances in the 2 bedroom side(Glass top range, dishwasher, larger refrigerator, microwave, washer, 220V dryer) and a new mini-refrigerator and microwave in the "B" unit.

- New entertainment equipment including 27" televisions in the Master bedrooms, HDTV in the living room with surround sound AM/FM/CD/DVD, 14"DVD/ television in the 2nd bed room (not shown).

- All new furniture in a pineapple theme

- Lush new carpeting

- Bright new fabric colors throughout

- Custom entertainment centers (except 2nd bedroom)

- Interior and exterior painting of every building (Building 6 & Clubhouse exteriors already completed)

All this and much more as Cypress Pointe Resort continues a positive rebirth. Cypress Pointe Resort is better than ever before.
