In preparation for the annual Budget Workshop on Friday, July 26, 2013 held at 1PM in the Clubhouse we have mailed the newsletter, presentation Budget and the agenda to owners. You can see the newsletter here. Remember all owners are welcome to participate in the annual workshop as we delve into the proposed 2014 budget as well as the ongoing updates to the 5 – 30 year rolling reserve expenditures plan. It is important that you take part in helping to identify the ongoing and future needs of the resort and how they are best paid for

Owners are also welcome to attend the regular Board Meeting on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 9AM.  The 2014 Budget and annual assessment rates are scheduled to be decided at that meeting.
